If you are not satisfied with our reply to a complaint you have made to Dentons Mortgages, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

In the event we are unable to agree a resolution to a complaint made against us, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
FOS provides consumers with a free and independent service for the resolution of disputes with organisations that are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
